Fary
Urban mobility, built in-house
A ride-hailing and logistics platform designed, engineered and run by Xsphere - our own proof that the way we build holds up in daily, real-world operation.

The challenge
Getting around the city and moving goods should be as simple as a tap, with pricing and arrival times people can trust.
Our approach
One in-house team owning product, design and engineering end to end, shipping in short cycles and learning from live usage.
The outcome
A live platform in everyday use, with mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play and a foundation we keep extending.
Owning the whole product
Fary is not client work. Xsphere set the product direction, designed the interface, wrote the software and runs the service, which means the same team answers for a design decision and for the system that has to support it.
That removes the usual handover points between agency and operator. When something in daily operation does not work, the people who can change it are the people who built it.
Two sides of one system
Ride-hailing and logistics place different demands on the same platform: one optimises for a passenger waiting at the kerb, the other for goods moving on a schedule. Both run on shared foundations - accounts, dispatch, pricing, payments and support tooling - so improvements to the core reach both at once.
Riders and drivers each get an app suited to their job rather than one app asked to serve both.
Built to keep changing
A mobility platform is never finished. Fary is structured so that pricing rules, service areas and operational policy can be adjusted without a release, and so that new capability can be added without disturbing what is already running.
This is the same approach we bring to client engagements: deliver something that works, then keep it easy to change.
