  • Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure applications are user-friendly, consistent, and function as expected.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Validate API requests, responses, status codes, error handling, authentication, authorization, and data integrity.
  • Perform database validation using SQL queries to verify data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, and expected versus actual results.
  • Work closely with developers to investigate defects, clarify requirements, and verify bug fixes.
  • Conduct regression testing after bug fixes, feature updates, and new releases.
  • Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing where applicable.

  • Mentor junior QA team members and help improve the team's manual testing practices.
  • Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and QA sign-off recommendations before production releases.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, documentation standards, and overall software quality.
